Ideal for medium to high volume sellers, Sellers Assistant (Basic & Pro) is a desktop-based software, providing listing and sales management tools. Both support bulk listings, tracking and email management.
Monthly fees of $9.99 for Sellers Assistant and $24.99 for Sellers Assistant Pro.
Selling Manager (Basic and Pro) (provided by eBay)
An online application, Selling Manager runs in “My eBay”. Designed for the medium volume seller, it features the ability to monitor active listings, leave bulk feedback, print invoices and labels in bulk. Pro version offers additional features for higher volume sellers, such as automatic feedback, emails, shipping status, restock alerts and auto listing/relisting.
Selling Manager: monthly fees of $4.99 per month, or free for basic store subscribers;
Selling Manager Pro: $15.99 monthly or free for Featured and Anchored Stores .
Turbo Lister 2 (provided by eBay)
Turbo Lister 2 is a desktop listing tool which allows the seller to list items in bulk and upload them to eBay from their PC. This application is free to download and use.
Auctiongen allows the seller to create HTML listings using an auction template generator. Includes unlimited image hosting.
Fees: Free per single auction listing with image hosting included (up to 4 images per listing); $14.95 per month with unlimited image hosting, listing management tools and custom templates at no extra charge.
Auctiva offer a free listing service which includes image hosting, templates, scheduling, online auction software, storefront and scrolling gallery. There are no fees for any of their services. eBay Certified provider.
AAA Seller provides unlimited Superzoom images, shipping calculator, listing setup, customer management and power seller tools.
Fees: Monthly plans are based on amount of required image hosting and number of listings. These range from 50MB (15 listings) at $9.95pm to 2000MB (1000+ listings) at $59.95pm.
Services include high quality, super-sized images, image tools, free store gallery, free scrolling showcase, free scheduling and relisting, 500+ listing templates, integrated checkout, hit counter stats, automated feedback and much more.
Fees: Fees are payable monthly and are dependent on the amount of image hosting and number of listings per month, ranging from 50MB (220 listings) at $12.99pm, to 500MB (unlimited listings) at $44.99pm.
The AuctionSage Software is in the form of a desktop application, which is downloaded to your PC. Listings can be created offline then later uploaded in bulk. This application is licenced by eBay and uses the eBay API. It offers a full range of services including, sales reports, PayPal reports, make second chance offers in bulk, deals with unpaid item disputes and much more.

AuctionSound is specifically designed for eBay Trading Assistants and can help you manage your business and improve communications with your customers. Provides a professional interface for your clients and auction management tools for your online listings.
Fees: Packages are payable monthly and are based on the number of listings required per month. All packages include telephone support.
Basic (50 listings); $49.99: Intermediate (100 listings); $99.99: Enterprise (500 listings); $149.99: PowerSeller (2000 listings); $249.99. AuctionSound set up fees may also apply.
BidMachine offers a range of services including the ability to upload auction listings in bulk (up to 1000 listings at a time), use of listings templates and HTML editor, inventory management, product marketing, automated feedback and easy fulfillment and shipping. BidMachine is an eBay Certified Developer.
Fees:BidMachine Basic fees are based on a 1.85% final transaction fee + $0.02 per auction item sold with a monthly minimum of $9.99. BidMachine Professional fees are as above, with a monthly minimum of $500.00.
ChannelMAX offers services which include listing management, inventory management, post-sale management and storefront.
Fees:Registration is free. A fee of 10% of relisting credit is charged, only if ChannelMAX saves the seller at least $10 in relist fees.
eBay Software is offered to provide auction management services including list/relist items, email communications, fully integrated shopping cart, auto feedback, feature your auctions on your own website, submit auctions to Google and more.

Marketworks is an ecommerce solution offering services across many platforms including eBay. Features including listing items, off eBay Webstore, Marketing tools and much more. All plans include 100 MB of image hosting space.

The Poster Toaster is an eBay compatible desktop application which allows sellers to list their items in bulk, use templates to suit the items for sale, upload images with an automatic FTP program and more.
Fees: The Poster Toaster is Free.
Shooting Star is also provided by FooDog Software and is a desktop application designed to assist sellers by providing a consistent workflow allowing extra time for communication with trading partners. It can load information directly from the eBay database, provide reminders on time limits, auction status etc.
Fees: One time payment of $120.00.
inkFrog is an eBay compatible application providing sellers with a comprehensive suite of tools for auction management, including; image hosting, sales management, auto emails, inventory management, gallery and showcase for cross-promotion of items, istings/scheduler, consignment manager and more.
Fees: Monthly flat fee of $9.95 for unlimited listings, with 300 MB image hosting: Image hosting only; (300 MB) $6.95 per month. (Extra image hosting may be purchased at $5 per month per 100 MB).
Meridian offers online auction management for individuals and larger companies including; listing tool, bulk uploads, scheduling, automatic invoicing, automated payment processing, enterprise-class reporting and email notifications. Also offers consignment tracking for Trading Assistants.

Spoonfeeder is a desktop application which is used to create auction listings with the use of templates. Features include a spellchecker and thesaurus, scheduled listings, easy upload of images and free image hosting, image editing, auto email, auto feedback, and more.
Fees:Spoonfeeder offers a wide range of licence types and service packages ranging from; Basic licence at $19.95 to Premium Deluxe Licence at $199.95. Services are charged monthly and range from Free for Bronze Service to $40 for Platinum Service.
Vendio offer a number of services to eBay sellers including; inventory management packages, live listings reviser, gallery, image hosting, Vendio Stores, reports and more.
Fees:Vendio pricing is rather complex and is dependent upon the number of listings required, the amount of image hosting required and which features are selected. See their site for full details of their pricing.
Zoovy offers a service which is compatible with a number of major online marketplaces. Their service includes listing creation and templates, sales and inventory management, integration with shipping and payment providers, telephone support and training and much more.
